Why Consciously Crafting?

At McKnittey, we believe we are to be better citizens of the world. Each one of us is called to be a steward of the gifts given to us. Since we are both “multi-craft-ual” and want to use what we know to better the world, we decided to knit them together and create this Consciously Crafting community.
A portion of sales from your purchase will go to a children’s home in Kenya where orphaned and vulnerable children in the community will receive a first-world education making it possible for them to become the leaders and difference makers in their generation. Certain products and special events will benefit the Miniature Schnauzer Rescue of North Texas. Our McKnittey was rescued from MSRNT and we love our furry friends.
